Times like Passover are some of the hardest to be apart. But as we've learned over the course of generations, there is no separation or circumstance that can break the bond we share through our history, our tradition and our faith.

In that same vein, we weren't about to let quarantines and social distance stop us from coming together in spirit, to do what we love and share this message of hope in song during these trying times. Know that even if you're alone, you're not alone.

Vehi she'amda lavoteinu v'lanu
וְהִיא שֶׁעָמְדָה לַאֲבוֹתֵינוּ וְלָנוּ
(And this is what kept our fathers and what keeps us surviving)

Shelo echad bilvad
שֶׁלֹּא אֶחָד בִּלְבָד
(For not just one has arisen)

Amad aleinu l'chaloteinu
עָמַד עָלֵינוּ לְכַלּוֹתֵנוּ
(To try to destroy us)

Went from Egypt to the promised land
Delivered there by G-d’s strong hand
And outstretched arm
We remember: we were slaves

Our traditions and our history
Keep us close as we could ever be
Though near or far
For G-d's strength gave us faith to go on
To push through the darkness and reach the dawn

V’HaKadosh Baruch Hu
וְהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא
(But the Holy One, Blessed be He)

Matzilenu mi'adam
מַצִּילֵנוּ מִיָּדָם
(Delivers us from their hands)

And he'll deliver us again
Our tradition carries on

Vehi she'amda...

This promise binds us together
Our faith endures on forever

Ella sheb'chol dor vador
אֶלָּא שֶׁבְּכָל דּוֹר וָדוֹר
(In every generation)

Om'dim aleinu l'chaloteinu
עוֹמְדִים עָלֵינוּ לְכַלּוֹתֵנוּ
(They rise up to try to destroy us)
