Tisha B'Av is the 9th day of the Hebrew month of Av. That day commemorates the destruction of both Batei Mikdashot (Temples). It is a particularly sad day fo the Jewish people, but is also a day of immense hope, as we are taught, G-d destroys in order to build. We Jews are hopeful for the rebuilding of the Beit HaMikdash, may it be speedily in our days.
