Each one of us has incredible spiritual potential. The question is how to get there. In most areas of life, we master things with practice. Musicians practice their scales. Spiritual growth requires spiritual practice. This video discusses the importance of having a regular spiritual practice and how even a simple practice has the potential to have cascading impact on our entire lives.

Rabbi Avigdor Miller used to recommend a spiritual practice of ten simple steps that can be done every single day in just a few minutes. But the benefits can be impressive. This lecture contains a discussion of each of these ten practices and how to implement them in our lives.
