What does the rainbow symbolize in Judaism? G-d does only good for us, but what does G-d ask for in return? How can you know when is the right time to criticize someone and when not? The Talmud tells us that there are 613 commandments in the Torah; 248 Positive Commandments (do's) and 365 Negative Commandments (do not's). May one pick and choose which commandments to observe?
