Don't panic just because of the weatherman's prediction. Our Rabbis tell us that G-d is upset if it rains on Sukkos. Some say it's only if you leave the sukkah due to rain, and not if it's raining from before. On the first night we must make kiddush and eat a little in the sukkah, but after that we eat in the house. But it's a festival meal nonetheless.
