Rabbi Zvi Aryeh b'Reb Yisrael Abba Rosenfeld z"l, one of the most scholarly and compassionate Breslov educators of our time, passed away on the 11th of Kislev, 5739 (1978). He gave this lecture in Kislev 5735 (1974) on the day he returned from a journey to Eretz Yisrael. His words of encouragement about the festival of Chanukah and the Land of Israel are as powerful and as relevant today as they were when he spoke them - perhaps even more so. May his memory be as a blessing.
