The Halachic Prohibition of Litigating In Civil Courts

In this video, I describe the prohibition of a Jew litigating against another Jew in the Civil Courts. This Halocho is undisputed amongst our sages , but sadly is being violated on a regular basis, as seen in the past 20-30 years; with many Rabbis failing to admonish people for this sin, and in fact openly assist and support women who use the civil courts to litigate their divorces.
